Small goals = Big goals

As the communication lead, creative director, and lead for the internal promotion for the "Small Goals = Big Goals" project, I spearheaded this initiative, which highlighted the link between athletic perseverance and professional achievement through a partnership between Aegon and Paralympic cyclist Tristan Bangma. The campaign centered on the idea that small, consistent efforts lead to significant success in both sports and careers.

I directed the creative vision and organized an online event featuring a conversation between Aegon Asset Management's CEO and Tristan Bangma, moderated by Aegon's Head of Internal Communication. The event surpassed expectations, drawing 400 attendees, well above the target of 250. I managed the event's promotion, execution, and visual direction, ensuring a strong and impactful connection with the audience.
