Stories that matter

As the communication co-lead and creative director, I co-led an internal campaign to celebrate Aegon's partnership with The World Press Photo, designed to engage employees and underscore the significance of this collaboration. A key element was an internal photo competition on the theme "Stories That Matter," highlighting the emotional power of photography. The two-month competition culminated in a rotating exhibition of the top five entries, showcased in major Aegon offices worldwide.

To further enhance engagement, we organized webinars where Aegon’s Head of Brand and the head of The World Press Photo committee discussed the partnership's importance. These sessions deepened employees’ understanding of the collaboration and reinforced the campaign’s message, fostering a strong connection to the initiative.

En tant que co-responsable de la communication et directrice créative, j'ai co-dirigé une campagne interne visant à célébrer le partenariat entre Aegon et World Press Photo, conçue pour engager les employés et souligner l'importance de cette collaboration. Un élément clé de cette initiative était un concours photo interne sur le thème "Histoires qui comptent", mettant en avant le pouvoir émotionnel de la photographie. Le concours, qui s'est déroulé sur deux mois, s'est terminé par une exposition itinérante des cinq meilleures photos, présentées dans les principaux bureaux d'Aegon à travers le monde.

Pour renforcer davantage l'engagement, nous avons organisé des webinaires où le responsable de la marque d'Aegon et le directeur du comité World Press Photo ont discuté de l'importance du partenariat. Ces sessions ont permis aux employés de mieux comprendre la collaboration et ont renforcé le message de la campagne, créant ainsi un lien fort avec l'initiative.
