As the communication lead and creative director for Aegon’s employer branding and talent acquisition campaign, I conceived, strategized, and directed the "Faces of Aegon" initiative. This ambassadorship campaign, which I led from concept to production, showcased a different company colleague each month, offering an authentic glimpse into Aegon’s culture. Running for two years, it achieved a 2,537% increase in Instagram followers and became a key employer branding tool. Post-COVID, the campaign evolved into "Teams of Aegon," highlighting the company’s collaborative spirit.

En tant que responsable de la communication et directrice créative de la campagne de marque employeur et d'acquisition de talents d'Aegon, j'ai conçu, élaboré et dirigé l'initiative "Les Visages d'Aegon". Cette campagne d'ambassadeurs, que j'ai pilotée de l'idée à la production, mettait en avant un collaborateur différent chaque mois, offrant ainsi un aperçu authentique de la culture d'entreprise. Sur deux ans, la campagne a enregistré une augmentation de 2 537 % des abonnés Instagram et est devenue un outil clé de marque employeur.
