As the communication lead for Aegon's group platform, I was tasked with revitalizing the channel from 2019 to 2022. I successfully led multiple employer branding campaigns that significantly enhanced engagement and visibility, resulting in a remarkable 5,500% increase in platform activity. Through strategic content creation and targeted outreach, I focused on fostering a strong employer brand, ultimately strengthening Aegon's presence and connection with its audience.

I led brand positioning initiatives for the French, BeNeLux, and German markets, successfully coordinating participation in major tech tradeshows to showcase our business services.
